Craig K. Lock, CCP, is an experienced professional in the field of benefits and compensation. Currently serving as the First Vice President of Benefits & Wellness at Cathay Bank since November 2013, Craig is responsible for domestic benefits and wellness initiatives. Prior to this role, Craig held the position of Director of Benefits at Westfield, managing benefits for an international real estate company. Further experience includes directing compensation, benefits, and HRIS at Pharmavite LLC, overseeing compensation and benefits at Apria Healthcare, and serving as AVP of Compensation & Benefits Services at Anacomp, Inc. Craig holds an MBA in Business from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Brigham Young University.
