Erick Alpizar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in identity and access management, having held leadership roles at Cathay Bank and Novartis over a career spanning several decades. At Cathay Bank, Erick serves as FVP and Head of Identity and Access Management since February 2022. Prior to this role, Erick was Executive Director at Novartis for nearly two decades, where key achievements included establishing a global Digital Identity and Account Administration function and leading the development of an advanced identity management tool. Erick has also contributed significantly in previous positions, overseeing various mobility and connectivity services initiatives, resulting in substantial cost reductions and enhanced service delivery models. Erick's educational background includes degrees in Electronic Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, complemented by executive education from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and IMD.
