Kenneth Jianping Xu

Kenneth Jianping Xu, CFA, currently serves as the First Vice President and Portfolio Manager in the Fund Finance Group at Cathay Bank, a position held since March 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Underwriter and First Vice President at Bank of Hope, where responsibilities involved underwriting broadly syndicated loans and maintaining financial models for the portfolio. Kenneth also held the role of Vice President and Portfolio Manager in Entertainment Lending at East West Bank, and in Corporate Banking at Cathay Bank. Early career experiences include managing the Providence Growth Fund as a Student Investment Fund Manager at USC Marshall School of Business, where membership included the American Finance Association and Beta Gamma Sigma.
