Paul Guillen, MBA, currently serves as Vice President and Treasury Management Product Manager at Cathay Bank since April 2023. Prior to this role, Paul held several positions at Manufacturers Bank, including Vice President and Product Manager, where responsibilities encompassed cash management support for both internal and external clients. Paul also worked as a Vice President-Treasury Management at 1st Century Bank and as AVP-Cash Management Relationship Manager at The Private Bank of California. With a strong background in providing guidance on cash management products and services to a diverse clientele, Paul has demonstrated expertise in managing banking relationships across various market segments. Paul earned an MBA in Business Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
