Howard Chou

VP, R&D at Cathay Biotech

Howard Chou is the current VP of R&D at Cathay Biotech. Prior to this, they were a graduate student at UC Berkeley from September 2005 to August 2012. Chou also worked as a graduate student researcher at the Joint Bioenergy Institute from June 2008 to August 2012. Chou also holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, San Francisco. Their undergraduate degrees are in Biology and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Their manager is Xiucai Liu, CEO. They are on a team with and Chen Dong - Chief Research Scientist, Molecular Biology & High-Throughput Screening.
