Repeated success directing IT projects from inception to execution, strategically allocating resources and managing multiple stakeholder groups, skilled in numerous technology solutions with deep understanding of investment industry, governance and organizational transformation.
He earned Bachelor degree of Electronic and Information Engineering and Master degree of Communication and Information System from Wuhan University of Technology.
