Jolene Chen

Jolene Chen currently works in the Risk Management Division at Cathay Financial Holdings, where notable achievements include the completion of the company's 2023 Climate and Nature Report, making it the first in Taiwan to adopt the UK's TPT disclosure framework, and the successful acquisition of the 2024 Sustainable Investment Award from Environmental Finance. Previously, Jolene held positions in Cathay Life's Corporate Finance and Credit Investigation sections, contributing to the company's first offshore wind syndication loan and managing credit analysis for investment decisions. Early career experience includes a role in the Credit Investigation department at 玉山金控. Jolene holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from National Chung Hsing University.
