Shuo Yen Hsiao

Shuo Yen Hsiao (Eric) is a Business Development Analyst at Cathay Financial Holdings, focusing on digital, data, and technology initiatives since September 2021. Eric has successfully led projects in partnership with MoMo eWallet, ZaloPay, ShopeePay, and eDoctor, implementing innovative business models and formulating a five-year strategic plan for Cathay Life Insurance Vietnam based on extensive market research. Previously, as a Healthcare Ecosystem Product Manager and Scrum Master, Eric developed partnerships that significantly increased customer acquisition and led a team to deliver projects ahead of schedule.
