Abbey Woo has over a decade of experience in the aviation and hospitality sectors, currently serving as the Business Insight and Analytics Manager at Cathay Pacific since July 2019. In this role, Abbey is responsible for defining commercial data collection processes, analyzing performance trends, and conducting ROI analyses. Previous positions include Data and Insight Analyst and Revenue Management System Coordinator at Cathay Pacific, and various roles at Hong Kong Airlines, including Supervisor and Officer in Revenue Control. Other past experience includes a Sales Coordinator position at Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers and a Pricing and Tariff Officer role at Hong Kong Airlines. Abbey holds a BSc (Hons) in Hotel Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
