Andy Tam

Andy Tam is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as a Second Officer at Cathay Pacific since August 2021, following roles as a Cadet Pilot and Operational Graduate Engineer. Prior to this, Andy worked at Hong Kong Aero Engine Services Limited as an Engineering Graduate Trainee, contributing to the development of an automated assembly system and gaining practical experience across various production departments. Additional roles include a Co-op Intern at HAECO, where a Python-based predictive system for Repair Orders was created, and an intern in the Talent Team at EY, responsible for scheduling interviews and preparing materials. Andy also completed a summer internship with the Airport Authority Hong Kong, drafting user manuals for Ground Service Equipment, and held a previous engineering internship at Cathay Pacific Airways focused on improving technical services.
