Carlton So is an experienced professional in inflight operations and learning management, currently serving as the Inflight Operations Standards Manager and previously as Assistant Learning Manager at 國泰航空 since April 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Learning Specialist at 港龍航空 from August 2014 to April 2018 and as Learning and Development Executive and Flight Purser at Cathay Pacific Airways from August 2007 to August 2014.
