Chris Ma

Chris Ma, MHKIE, MBA, CSSBB, serves as the Manager of the Joint Lean Programme at Cathay Pacific Airways, overseeing programme management and corporate strategy formulation for a transformation initiative between the airline and aircraft maintenance organisations. With a robust background in engineering operations, Chris has held several positions within the airline, including Technical Records & Configurations Manager and Corporate Lean Project Manager, focusing on compliance records maintenance, strategy development for records management, and leading corporate business lean projects globally. Prior experience includes engineering roles at Hong Kong Aero Engine Services Limited and a secondment at Rolls-Royce. Chris holds an MBA from HKUST Business School and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, further complementing business acumen with specialised training from INSEAD and Ethos International Limited.
