Cyril Gomez

Cyril Gomez is an experienced procurement manager with a strong background in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Components and Landing Systems Procurement Manager (Director) at Cathay Pacific Airways since September 2020. In this role, Cyril leads an international team focused on major aircraft component suppliers and oversees significant areas such as PBH Inventory Technical Management, Landing Systems, Avionics, and Cabin Safety equipment. Prior to this, Cyril held various positions at Safran Landing Systems from May 2007 to August 2020, including Customer Support Manager and A350 Engineering Group Leader, where responsibilities encompassed managing overhaul contracts, supporting technical issues for the A350 aircraft, and leading a diverse engineering team. Academically, Cyril holds two master's degrees in Mechanics and Aeronautics from Paris-Sud University and CentraleSupélec, respectively.
