David Lau is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service automation and digital transformation. Currently serving as Service Automation Manager at Cathay Pacific since January 2017, David specializes in IT Operations utilizing ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM. Previously, David was a Solution Lead for Flight Operation digital transformation and held multiple roles at Nike from 2002 to 2017, including Lead Business System Analyst, Project Manager, and Scrum Master, managing business relationships and acting as a liaison between global and local stakeholders. David's career began at Accenture as a Senior Programmer focused on BI solutions, followed by an Analyst Programmer role at Smartech, where David led system development projects. David also served as a Senior Programmer at Pacific Century Life Insurance Corporation. David holds a Bachelor's degree in computer science from The University of British Columbia, completed in 1994.
