Ernest Wong

Ernest Wong serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Corporate at Cathay Pacific since August 2022, previously holding the role of Assistant Manager in Talent Acquisition. Prior to this, Ernest gained experience as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Tech & Transformation at Robert Walters from January 2022 to August 2022 and as a Senior Consultant in Accounting & Finance at KOS International Limited between August 2018 and January 2022. Ernest's career in recruitment began at KOS International, where several positions, including Consultant and Associate Consultant in the Accounting & Finance division, were held. Additionally, Ernest completed an internship at Community Business in mid-2018. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology and Counselling from The University of Hong Kong and an exchange study in Psychology at the University of Essex.
