Janelle Long has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Janelle started their career as a Sales & Marketing Executive at Beatitudes Costumes, where they developed a sales & marketing plan and oversaw website setup and supplier relationship management. Janelle then worked as an Online Account Manager at Qoo10 Singapore, strategizing and executing online campaigns to drive merchant revenue. Janelle later joined Applied Weather Technology Inc. as a Business Development Executive, collaborating with the APAC Commercial team to support business development in the region. Janelle then served as an E-Sales Account Manager at SMRT Corporation Ltd, spearheading the launch of an E-Commerce site and loyalty app and implementing an Omni-Channel E-Commerce strategy. Janelle further expanded their expertise as an E-Commerce Manager at Emirates, overseeing the growth of the online direct channel and online partners in Singapore & Vietnam. Janelle'smost recent role was at Cathay Pacific, where they held the position of Digital Sales Manager for Southeast Asia and later became the Head of Sales for Singapore. In these roles, they formulated strategies, managed sales teams, and achieved sales targets through the use of data analytics tools. Janelle has a proven track record in driving revenue growth and implementing successful sales and marketing campaigns across various industries.
Janelle Long completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Murdoch University in 2009. Janelle is currently pursuing further education in the field of Digital Marketing at NUS Business School Executive Education.
