Jennifer Zheng

Jennifer Zheng has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jennifer (Yue) started their career as a Summer Intern at the Zhanjiang Foreign & Overseas Chinese Affairs Bureau in 2012. Jennifer (Yue) then interned at China Guangfa Bank in 2013. In the same year, they joined Cathay Pacific Airways as an Assistant to the General Manager People, where they facilitated Employer Branding campaigns. Jennifer also worked at Asia Miles as an Assistant to the CEO, where they gathered business requirements and analyzed new business streams. Jennifer (Yue) then joined John Swire & Sons (HK) Ltd as a Management Trainee, a role they held until 2016. Jennifer (Yue)'stime as an intern, Assistant, and Management Trainee gave their a foundation of skills and experiences in various areas. Jennifer (Yue) returned to Cathay Pacific Airways in 2016 as an Assistant Airports Project Manager, where they developed strategies to promote self-services at airport terminals. From there, they continued to progress in their career with various roles, such as Future Airport Experience Manager and Corporate Sales Manager in the Greater Bay Area. Currently, Jennifer is the Head of China, Asia Miles, where they lead the strategic transformation of Cathay Pacific into a lifestyle brand and is responsible for growing the Cathay Travel Lifestyle business in the Chinese Mainland.

Jennifer (Yue) Zheng began their education at Zhanjiang No.1 Middle School where they completed their high school studies from 2001 to 2007. Jennifer (Yue) then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature at Xian Fanyi University, graduating in 2011. Jennifer furthered their education at UCL, where they obtained a Master's Degree in International Public Policy from 2011 to 2012. In 2019, they attended INSEAD for the Management Development Programme.
