Roger Li

Roger Li is currently serving as a Second Officer at Cathay Pacific since November 2024, following a role as a Cadet Pilot within the same airline from August 2023 to August 2024. Prior to this aviation career, Roger Li held significant positions at Cathay Pacific Airways from May 2018 to May 2023, including Country Manager for Malaysia & Brunei and Global Corporate Account Manager. Additionally, Roger Li completed the Swire Management Programme Executive role at John Swire & Sons Limited from August 2015 to May 2023, and worked as an Assistant Marketing Manager for both West Africa and Australia at Swire Pacific Offshore, along with serving as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. Roger Li obtained a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University in 2015 and completed the Swire Management Programme at INSEAD in November 2022. Furthering aviation qualifications, Roger Li received a Diploma of Aviation and Commercial Pilot License from Flight Training Adelaide in August 2024.
