Rose W. has extensive experience in the aviation and customer experience sectors, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience for Intermodal in both the Chinese Mainland and Greater Bay Area at Cathay Pacific since August 2018. Previously, Rose held the position of Business Development Manager in China and worked at Asia Miles as Market Development & Airline Partnership Manager from August 2016 to August 2018. Earlier roles at Cathay Pacific Airways included positions as Assistant to the General Manager for Europe, Airline Planning, and Project Horizon (Finance) from August 2013 to August 2016. Rose began the career as a Training Executive at REC Site Services Pte. Ltd. in 2010. Academically, Rose holds a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Materials Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
