Sabrina Lau

Sabrina Lau is a skilled professional with extensive experience in strategic operations and planning within the airline industry. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Operations Planning at Cathay Pacific since August 2018, Sabrina has held multiple leadership roles including Head of Strategic Planning & Projects for Flight Operations and Head of Airline Partnerships. Prior to this, Sabrina worked at Asia Miles and Cathay Dragon, focusing on loyalty optimization, corporate planning, and operational management. Sabrina's career began at Cathay Pacific Airways, where roles included Career Development and Resourcing Manager in the Inflight Services Department and various assistant managerial positions. Sabrina's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Criminal Justice and Psychology from The University of Hong Kong and experience at Universität Salzburg.
