Sudhakar Parthasarathy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and account management within the airline industry, currently serving as the Regional Head of Sales Excellence for South Asia, Middle East, and Africa at Cathay Pacific since October 2010. Sudhakar has progressed through various roles at Cathay Pacific, including Regional Sales Enablement Executive and Area Sales Manager, demonstrating a strong ability to drive sustainable business growth and exceed sales targets across multiple regions. Prior to joining Cathay Pacific, Sudhakar held positions at Qatar Airways, International Travel House Ltd, and Cox & Kings, gaining valuable skills in sales support, operations, and customer relationship management. Sudhakar holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Madras and has achieved a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
