Christa Kowalczyk

Christa Kowalczyk is an experienced IT Support Specialist and Business Analyst currently employed at Cathcart Rail since April 2021. Previously, Christa held business analyst roles at Right Stuff Software and Hondros College, where responsibilities included leading business meetings and collaborating with IT development teams for software enhancements. Prior experience includes positions such as Associate Service Manager at Buckeye RV, Client and Vendor Adviser at Colerain RV, and Account Manager at Furniture Source, Inc., demonstrating a strong background in customer service, process improvement, and account management. Christa also has experience in education as a 6th Grade Language Arts teacher and as an Assistant Language Teacher in Japan. Christa earned a B.A. in Liberal Arts from The Evergreen State College and furthered education at Ohio Dominican University.
