In 2001, MacFarlane moved to Cathedral Energy Services as the Chief Financial Officer. Throughout their tenure at Cathedral, they held various positions including President & CEO and Advisor, Corporate Development. P. Scott left Cathedral in 2014 but returned in 2019 as the Interim Chief Financial Officer. In 2021, they established their own advisory firm, PSM Advisory Services.
