Michael Ostergren is an experienced professional in the field of visitor services and retail operations, currently serving as Manager of Visitor Services & Retail Operations at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine since February 2022. Prior to this role, Michael was the General Manager at Shakespeare & Co. from December 2019 to February 2022 and worked at The Metropolitan Museum of Art as Manager of Member & Visitor Services for The Cloisters from September 2004 to January 2019. Michael's educational background includes studies at Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, Augsburg University, and the New School for Social Research, with a focus on Media Studies through an Independent Study program.
