Lauren Kadwell

Lauren Kadwell has a diverse work experience in various roles and sectors. In 2010, they worked as a Researcher at the University of Sydney. Lauren then transitioned to Western Sydney University, where they worked as a Researcher and later as a Sessional Academic from 2011 to 2019. In 2016, they became the Manager at Sydney Children's Contact Service until 2019. In 2019, they joined NSW Health Education Centre Against Violence as a Statewide Educator. Currently, they hold the position of Director - Practice Excellence & Outcomes Office at CatholicCare Sydney since 2020.

Lauren Kadwell completed a Graduate Certificate in Men's Behaviour Change Individual and Group Work Interventions at NSW Health, Education Centre Against Violence in 2019. In 2016, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology from Western Sydney University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from the same institution in 2010.
