Michele Sparks

Michele Sparks is the Director of Human Resources at Catholic Charities-Archdiocese of Washington. Prior to their current role, Michele served as the National HR Director and East Coast HR Director at First Advantage. Michele also held the position of Vice President, Human Resources and Administration at Employee Health Programs. Michele earned a Ph.D. in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore, where Michele also obtained a MSW and BS in Social Work, Health Science & Policy from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
