From 2006 to 2008, they attended North Florida Community College and earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies. Chad then pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from the University of Central Florida, graduating in 2015. Chad has obtained several certifications, including being a Board Certified Telemental Health Provider from the National Board of Certified Counselors in 2020. Additionally, they are a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Georgia, New York, and Florida. In 2011, they received a certification from The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Office of Extramural Research, affiliated with the University of Florida.
