Randy Koppenhaver

Randy Koppenhaver is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience, currently serving as a Construction Manager and Disaster Recovery Specialist at CDM Smith (CCPRS) since August 2019. Prior to this role, Randy worked as a Construction Cost Analyst at Catholic Charities Diocese of Baton Rouge since October 2016 and as a Construction Superintendent at Richmar Builders from April 2010 to July 2016, where responsibilities included hands-on collaboration with various contractors and scheduling. Randy’s career began at Caretti, Inc. from 1982 to September 1994 as a Laborer, progressing through roles including Project Supervisor at Classic Communities Corporation (previously Fogarty Homes) from September 1994 to October 2008.
