Allie Phillippi

Allie Phillippi is an experienced professional in community engagement and child advocacy, currently serving as the Community Engagement Manager at Catholic Charities Fort Worth since February 2020. In this role, Allie leads the Engagement team, overseeing the volunteer department and driving community outreach initiatives. Prior to this position, Allie held various roles at Catholic Charities Fort Worth, including Engagement Coordinator and Home Developer for the international foster care program. Allie's experience also includes serving as a Child Advocacy Specialist at CASA of Tarrant County, managing volunteer case loads while liaising with courts and governmental agencies. Allie began the career with roles in administrative support and retail, and holds a degree from The University of Texas at Arlington, obtained in 2016.
