Amber Sanchez

Amber Sanchez, SHRM-CP, currently serves as HR Manager at Catholic Charities Fort Worth since September 2023. Previously, as Regional Talent Lead at Stitch Fix from August 2018 to January 2023, Amber developed and implemented talent programs for a region of 1,500 employees, achieving significant outcomes including a 50% increase in engagement in talent reviews and a 30% expansion in the diverse talent funnel. Amber's earlier experience includes roles as Store Manager and District Trainer at Fossil Group, Inc., and as Multi-Unit Store Manager/District Talent Manager at dELiA*s, where impactful leadership development and onboarding programs were established. Amber holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Louisiana State University, completed in 2012.
