Peter Hicks

Peter Hicks is an experienced executive with a robust background in operations and sales. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Catholic Charities Fort Worth since June 2023, Peter also holds the position of President at Confer Associates since January 2022. Previously, Peter spent over three decades at Siplast, where roles included Vice President, National Sales Manager, and President. Early career experience includes serving as Marketing Manager at Tha Atrium Door and Window Corp. and Advertising Manager at VELUX. Peter earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The Citadel, where studies took place from 1979 to 1983.
