David Osenga, MBA CPA has over 30 years of experience in finance and leadership roles. David currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Catholic Charities Eastern Washington. Prior to this, they worked as the CFO at Spokane Galvanizing, Inc. from 2014 to 2023, and as the VP of Finance at EZ Loader Boat Trailers, Inc. from 2014 to 2023. David also served as the Treasurer at Community Frameworks from 2006 to 2021 and held the role of CFO/Comptroller at the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation from 2010 to 2014. David was the Treasurer at Colville Tribal Credit during the same period. Earlier in their career, they worked as CFO at PE Systems, LLC from 2007 to 2010, and as the Director of Finance & Logistics at INLAND NW BLOOD CENTER from 2005 to 2007. David started their career as the Director of Finance at SL Start and Associates from 1993 to 2005.
David Osenga has an MBA in Accounting & Finance from Gonzaga University, which they obtained from 1991 to 1993. David also attended the University of San Francisco from 1981 to 1985, but the degree and field of study are unspecified. In addition, they studied English Literature (British and Commonwealth) at the University of Oxford from 1983 to 1984. David Osenga also holds a CPA certification from the State Board Of Accountancy, but the exact date of obtaining it is unknown.

St. Margaret's Shelter is a transitional shelter for families experiencing homelessness that promotes positive life changes in a supportive, short-term housing environment. Stabilization Catholic Housing Communities offers service enriched apartments to low-income seniors, disabled and chronically homeless individuals across eastern Washington. Food for All promotes healthy eating and the local food system. Senior Services/ Volunteer Chore Services provides rides and chore services to low-income elderly and disabled clients that allow them to remain in their own home with dignity and a connection to the community. Advocacy Catholic Charities Walla Walla provides counseling, emergency assistance, immigration services, and volunteer chore services in and around Walla Walla. Catholic Charities also operates The Hub and The Loft, Walla Walla’s support center. Childbirth & Parenting Assistance (CAPA)/PREPARES serves expecting and parenting individuals with children ages newborn to five years of age with parent mentors, The Fatherhood Project, parenting classes and support groups, and diapers and clothing.
