Nick Lebron

Nick Lebron is an experienced leader in community engagement and social services, currently serving as the Director of Community Schools at Catholic Charities - Archdiocese of Hartford since January 2018. Previously, Nick served as a City Council Member for the City of Hartford from January 2020 to January 2024 and as the Regional Director of Programs at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Hartford until January 2024. Early career roles include Hartford Community Outreach Associate at Achievement First and Family Systems Manager at Favor CT, along with experience as an FFT Therapist at Nafi CT. Educationally, Nick holds a Master's in Public Policy, Education and a Bachelor's of Applied Science in Psychology from Trinity College-Hartford, as well as an Associate's degree in Social Work from CT State Capital.
