Shannon Henrickson has extensive experience in managing programs for vulnerable populations. They have held various leadership roles in organizations such as Marshall County Group Homes, Inc., Land of the Dancing Sky AAA, and Occupational Development Center, Inc. Shannon's expertise includes daily management of residential adult foster care programs, grant development, and staff management. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Minnesota Crookston.
