Catholic Charities of Cortland County (CCOCC) is a private, non-profit human service agency with a history of service provision in Cortland County since 1979. Services are targeted to those affected by mental illness and substance abuse, people living in poverty, and delinquent and at-risk youth. Our basic services include care coordination, residential services, and emergency assistance. The agency was incorporated in 1925 as part of the larger seven county Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Syracuse, which includes Cortland, Broome, Onondaga, Oneida, Madison, Chenango, and Oswego Counties.
