Nely Sepulveda currently serves as the Public Benefits Coordinator at Catholic Charities of Louisville, Inc., a position held since December 2019 that involves supervising Public Benefits Caseworkers and facilitating orientations for refugee and immigrant families. Nely also co-founded the Lead to Empower Initiative in 2020, aimed at fostering leadership within the refugee and migrant community in Louisville. Previous experience includes roles as a Family Caseworker and Spanish-speaking Case Worker in Migration and Refugee Services, and as an Associate District Manager at ADP, where business consulting focused on payroll and human resources. Nely’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communication from the University of Louisville, complemented by additional studies at Quality Leadership University and Western Kentucky University.
