Elena Jones

Elena Jones, MSW, is a dedicated social worker currently employed by Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County, focusing on Refugee Foster Care since August 2023. Previously, Elena served as an intern at Rebekah Children's Services, providing intensive home-based support for children and youth, and as an ILP/Education Case Manager at Catholic Charities, where responsibilities included coordinating resources and supporting refugee youth’s educational needs. Additional experience includes providing outpatient mental health counseling at Bill Wilson Center, assisting clients with grief and trauma, and working at LifeMoves to help clients achieve stable housing. Elena holds a Master's degree in Social Work from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Biola University, alongside various roles that underscore a commitment to supporting underserved populations.
