Melanie Dahmen, SHRM-CP

Melanie Dahmen, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Melanie has been working at Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada since 2015, first as a Human Resources Manager and currently as a Human Resources Director. Prior to that, they worked at Taney Engineering Civil Engineering & Land Surveying from 2013 to 2015 in a human resources role. Additionally, they have experience as a Human Resource Coordinator at Metropolitan Pool Service from 2007 to 2013, where they were responsible for recruiting and selecting employees, processing paperwork for hiring and termination, and conducting new employee orientations.

Melanie Dahmen, SHRM-CP, completed their education journey starting from 2001 to 2005 at Mentor High School, where they obtained a Diploma in College Prep. Later on, they pursued their higher education at The University of Akron from 2005 to 2009. Nevertheless, no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for their time at the university. In addition to their education, Melanie Dahmen has obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in June 2021.
