Currently serving as Quality Improvement Consultant and Manager at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York, Dominique ensures compliance with regulatory standards while overseeing Medicaid billing and staff development. As CEO and Founder of BLRealtyNJ, Dominique leads a boutique property management company, and as Owner of Sweet & Savory Infusions, offers infused edibles and fine dining experiences. In addition, Dominique holds the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Project Love Strong, a nonprofit focused on aiding underserved communities. Previous experience includes directorial roles at Keystone Service Systems and case management for adjudicated juveniles, alongside early career work as a Behavioral Health Technician. Dominque's educational foundation includes a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Temple University.
