Dale Graham

Dale Graham is a highly experienced management consultant currently working at Q5 since July 2023. Previously served as Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Real Chemistry from March 2022 to May 2023 and as Global Inclusion & Diversity Lead at PA Consulting between February 2018 and March 2022, where Dale also founded and co-chaired the Race & Ethnicity Employee Network. Earlier experience includes roles as Innovation Manager at Digital Catapult and Strategic Growth Developer at Thales, focusing on corporate strategy and technological innovation in various sectors. Dale began a career in process quality assurance at Royal Bank of Scotland Business. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Politics from The University of Manchester.
