John Marston

John Marston serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Catholic Charities Twin Cities since March 2024, having previously held the positions of Interim President and CEO. John has been a Board member at Lake Country Community Bank since January 2010. Prior to his current role, John was the CFO and Interim CEO at Youable Emotional Health from January 2023 to March 2024, and John spent nearly a decade at Behavioral Health Company as CFO, where significant revenue growth from $8 million to $50 million was achieved through organic and merger activities. John also founded Innovative Talent Strategies, focusing on recruitment in banking and finance from 2012 to 2017. Earlier career experiences include roles at UnitedHealth Group, Robert Half International, US Bank, and Lake Country Community Bank. John Marston earned a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire between 1990 and 1995.
