Karen Shimizu is an experienced professional who has held various leadership roles in organizations such as Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Santa Rosa, Shimizu Consulting, Inc., Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County, City of Cloverdale, City of Petaluma, and Burbank Housing Management Corporation. With a Masters in Political Science and a BS in Business Administration, Karen has a strong background in managing programs, overseeing operations, and developing collaborative partnerships to support low-income communities. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Catholic Charities, Karen provides direction and oversight to various programs while focusing on fiscal stability and essential community services.
