Rachel Leszczynski

Rachel Leszczynski is an experienced professional with a background in EHR systems administration, medical transcription, and quality assurance. Currently serving as an EHR Systems Administrator at Catholic Charities of the Diocese of St. Cloud since August 2021, Rachel previously worked as a Medical Transcriptionist for Catholic Charities, providing remote services for psychiatric patients. Prior roles include Quality Assurance at Epic, where Rachel tested software from a medical perspective, and Technical Service Representative, assisting clients with software solutions. Rachel also gained customer service experience as a Cashier at City Mill Company, Ltd. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Spanish from Concordia College.
