Debra Richmond (Lapinski)

Debra Richmond (Lapinski) has over 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Catholic Charities West Michigan since 2009. In this role, Debra also functions as a Child Welfare Billing Specialist, managing billing processes for Child Welfare, Contract Adoption, Guardianship, and Licensed Relatives to ensure timely and accurate payments. Prior to this, Debra worked at The Grand Rapids Press from 1988 to 2009 as a Marketing Administrative Assistant, where responsibilities included managing marketing databases and processing payroll and accounts payable. Debra completed education at Kenowa Hills High School from 1979 to 1986.
