LaShana Bolden-Luster is a seasoned professional in vocational rehabilitation, currently serving as the Vocational Rehabilitation Program Manager at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland since November 2021, and previously as a Vocational Rehabilitation Coordinator since August 2014. LaShana has extensive experience in enhancing self-sufficiency and job-seeking skills among diverse individuals, including facilitating resume and interview workshops at Grafton Reintegration Camp for pre-release males. Prior roles include Employment Coordinator and Human Service Worker at Catholic Charities, Customer Service Representative at AmeriMark Direct, and Classroom Associate at Positive Education Program. LaShana holds a Master's Degree in Adult Education and Training and a Bachelor of Science in Human Service Management, both from the University of Phoenix.
