Rhonda K DeRusha is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in human services and support for vulnerable populations. Currently serving as a Human Service Worker and Resource Specialist at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland since May 2017, Rhonda assists clients, primarily homeless women with children facing substance abuse issues. Prior to this role, Rhonda worked as a Human Service Worker and Foster Home Worker at SAFY of America, ensuring compliance and training for foster parents. Rhonda began a career in supportive education as an AmeriCorps College Completion Coach at Lakeland Community College, guiding first-year students towards degree completion. Rhonda's career in higher education also included a work-study role in Career Services at Lakeland Community College. Rhonda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Youngstown State University and previously attended Lakeland Community College.
