Ashley Hance

Ashley Hance serves as the Director of Human Resources and Executive Assistant to the Bishop of Fort Worth at the Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth since December 2020. Prior to this role, Ashley Hance had a notable career in the US Navy from May 2011 to February 2020, holding various leadership positions including Assistant Operations Officer and NFO Training Officer at Unmanned Patrol Squadron ONE-NINE, and Division Officer at Patrol Squadron FOUR. Responsibilities included managing personnel, overseeing training programs, and improving operational efficiencies through the development of training materials. Ashley Hance holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International and Area Studies from the University of Oklahoma, obtained in 2011.
