James Proulx is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in information and communication technology. Since January 2001, James has served as the Chief Information Officer for the Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario, overseeing the ICT infrastructure and communicating strategic plans to the Board of Trustees. Additionally, James has been the President of 4J Computer Consultants Incorporated since January 1998, where James sells and distributes proprietary TPS software. Prior to these roles, James was the Information Systems Manager at DBG Canada Limited from January 1997 to January 2001 and the Manager of IT at the Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Catholic School Board from January 1989 to January 1997. James holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Computers and Computer Electronics from Wilfrid Laurier University, obtained between 1985 and 1989, and a diploma from General Vanier Secondary School, completed from 1980 to 1985.
