Fielder Church
Zer Ande Surigao has held various roles at Fielder Church, starting as the Campus Student Pastor before transitioning to the current role as the Online Pastor. Prior to that, Zer worked as a Logistics Assistant at Steel City Pops. Zer is currently pursuing a Master of Theological Studies degree at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary after completing a Bachelor's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies.

Fielder Church is a bilingual, multiethnic, multisite church in Arlington, Grand Prairie & Mansfield, TX. Led by Lead Pastor Jason Paredes, this church has a 2026 vision to become a people who are radically generous, invest to send, pursue imperfect people, expand by planting, and celebrate differences. This is praying church, a sending church, and a diverse church that is seeking to advance the kingdom of God.
