Peter Oostrom

Peter Oostrom has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Manager for Human Resources at the Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario since June 2017. Previous roles include HR Advisor and various coordinator positions at Siemens from September 2012 to June 2017, alongside a brief tenure as an HR Consultant. Peter's experience also encompasses a role as a Compensation and Benefits Associate at Sheridan College and demonstrated expertise in developing impactful HR practices for small businesses. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Guelph, a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College, and a specialized Certificate Course in Organizational Analysis from Stanford University.
